The Sacrament of Confirmation at St Mark’s Catholic Parish Inala – 2025
Our parish community gathered to celebrate the very special occasion of 40 candidates receiving the Sacrament of Confirmation in our Parish in a solemn mass presided by our Parish Priest Fr Bonefasius Buahendri and concelebrated by our Associate Priest Fr Long Nguyen.
These candidates prepared themselves over the past month attending preparation sessions in their journey of faith with the Parish Sacramental Team. They received the support of their families and the parish community to fully participate in the Sacramental Programme and learn about this special sacrament of receiving the gifts of the Holy Spirit.
In the presence and worshipful participation of their parents, sponsors, relatives, friends and parish and school community, the candidates experienced the Spirit of the Living God falling afresh on them as they received the Sacrament of Confirmation.
We extend our special appreciation to everyone involved in the preparation and the celebration of solemn mass with the moving Eucharistic Celebration in our mission of leading all to Christ.
On this Pentecost, Come Holy Spirit and fill the hearts of your faithful and kindle in us, the fire of your love to go out and spread the Good News being one in the Spirit.
